X Lab Standardised Personal Training Equipment List
There is no need for expensive equipment, but well-fitting and good-quality items can last for a much longer period of time, together with proper aftercare such as rinsing with tap water after use and keeping them out of direct sunlight to prevent disintegration.
If you are unsure about any items, feel free to clarify with any of the coaches before purchasing.
Training/ Racing goggles (lesser chance of them falling out during dives, ideally with two straps rather than one)
If your swimmer is myopic, they may need goggles with corrective prescription
Short fins for training swimming (do not purchase long fins as those are for diving)
Hand Paddles (ideally approx ~10% larger than the hand; anything larger will lead to shoulder strains)
Snorkles (for Silver and Gold squads) (frontal/center-mounted only)
